Flayva Exeed Car Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Overview

• The Flayva x Exeed Car Giveaway ("Campaign") runs from 10:00 AM on 15th October, 2025, to 10:00 PM on January 5th, 2026.
• Customers who spend AED 50 or more at Flayva during the campaign period are eligible to receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a brand-new Exeed LX car.
• The raffle draw will take place on January 9th, 2026 at Al Ghurair Centre.

2. Eligibility

• The campaign is open to UAE residents only, aged 17 years and above.
• Employees of Al Ghurair Investment, participating vendors, and associated partners, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
• By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

3. How to Enter

• Customers will receive one raffle ticket for every AED 50 spent at any Flayva outlet. Multiple entries are allowed.
• Raffle tickets can be collected from the Customer Service Desk next to the car display, upon showing their purchase receipt.
• The purchase receipt must be from the same day as the raffle ticket collection.
• If customers make a purchase during closing hours, they may collect their raffle ticket the next day by presenting their receipt. Receipts older than one day will not be accepted.
• Receipts must have the same purchase date and total at least AED 50 to qualify for a raffle ticket.
• Participants must retain the portion of the raffle ticket with the serial number for verification. Flayva Food Hall is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, and failure to present the original ticket if selected as a winner will result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. Raffle Draw & Winner Selection

• On 6th January, 2026, 10 finalists will be randomly selected from all valid raffle entries.
• These finalists will be contacted by phone and email between 6th January, 2026, and must confirm their attendance for the live draw event by 12:00 PM on 7th of January, 2026. If a finalist fails to confirm their attendance by this deadline, an alternate finalist will be selected.
• Participants must provide a valid Emirates ID and UAE driving licence along with accurate contact details when contacted. 
• Only the attending finalists will be eligible to win the car.
• From the attending finalists, one winner will be randomly selected to receive the Exeed LX car on 9th January, 2026.
• If a finalist is unable to attend, their entry will be forfeited, and another finalist will be selected.

5. Prize Details

• Grand Prize: One White Exeed LXFL (1.5L Turbo Comfort SUV – 5 seater) car for the winner.
• Special Prizes: The remaining nine finalists will receive Flayva branded goodies. Unclaimed prizes are non-transferable and will be forfeited.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-reroutable and non-exchangeable.
• The winner must have a valid UAE driving license.
• The winner must personally claim the car at the live event.
• Registration, Insurance and Salik will not be provided and are the responsibility of the winner. 
• The car will be delivered within three weeks (to be confirmed by Exeed team) of the winner providing all necessary details and documents for registration to the Exeed team. 
• The winner is solely responsible for registration of the car and/or any other additional expenses.

6. General Terms & Conditions 

• Flayva and Al Ghurair Centre reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The decision of Flayva and Al Ghurair Centre regarding the selection of finalists and winners is conclusive, final and binding and cannot be contested.
• By participating, participants  grant permission to Flayva, Al Ghurair Centre, and Exeed to use their name, image, and any related content for promotional and marketing purposes. In addition, by participating, participants agree that their data may be shared with Exeed for their promotional and marketing purposes.
• Participant’s' data will be handled in accordance with our data privacy policy available at https://alghuraircentre.com/en/data-privacy  
• This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other social platform.
• The Campaign and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the federal laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Dubai and all participants in the Campaign (including the winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
