1. How do I book the party hall?
Simply choose your date and time on our website and submit an enquiry request. Our team will immediately contact you to confirm availability and next steps.

2. When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed only after availability is approved and the Booking Fee is received. This fee is non-refundable and will be credited towards your total event package. You’ll get a confirmation message once the booking is confirmed.

3. How much advance payment is required?
• A AED 500 deposit is required to confirm any birthday party booking. • This deposit secures the date, time slot, staff allocation, and preparation of facilities for the event.

4. What is the cancellation policy?
• If the client cancels, they may reschedule once within 12 months, and the deposit will be transferred to the new date. • If the client chooses not to reschedule, the deposit may be converted to an existing package, membership, or any product of the same value. • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event: No refund

5. Can I change or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule based on availability. Price differences may apply if the new date falls on a weekend or peak period.

6. What kind of events can I host?
You can host birthdays, baby showers, engagements, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. Strictly, no political or religious gathering will be permitted.

Guest capacity depends on the event setup but with a maximum capacity of 50 pax.
