Flayva Talent Show 2025 - Terms and Conditions

 

This document outlines the official Terms and Conditions for your child's participation in Flayva’s Talent Show 2025 (the ‘Event”) , organized by Flayva Food Hall, Al Ghurair  Centre.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to UAE residents of all nationalities.
Participants must fall within one of the following age categories at the time of registration:
●      Junior Category: Ages 8 to 12 years old
●      Teen Category: Ages 13 to 18 years old
Proof of age and identity (e.g., Emirates ID or passport) may be required upon registration or on event day.

Employees of Al Ghurair Investment, Flayva Food Hall vendors, and associated partners (the “Organizers”), along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
 

2. EVENT DESCRIPTION
Flayva’s Talent Show 2025 is a dynamic and inclusive community talent competition designed to celebrate creativity and self-expression. Whether your talent lies in singing, dancing, comedy, magic, spoken word, or something uniquely your own – this is your time to shine!
All performances must be family-friendly, culturally respectful, and appropriate for a general audience. Content must not include any form of profanity, explicit language, sexually suggestive material, or themes that could be considered offensive or inappropriate for children and families.


 
3. EVENT SCHEDULE
Location: Flayva Food Hall, Al Ghurair Centre, Dubai

Auditions:

  • Audition 1: Junior Category (Ages 8-12) - August 13, 2025
  • Audition 2: Teen Category (Ages 13-18) - August 20, 2025

Finals Concert:

  • ALL CATEGORIES - August 31, 2025

A full schedule of rehearsals and events will be shared with selected participants after auditions.
 
 

4. REGISTRATION
Entry is free of charge. 
All participants (or their Parent/Guardian if under 18) must register online using the official registration link

Registration shall be open from July 30th until August 9th (12:00 midnight). 
No late registrations will be accepted under any circumstances. 

  • By registering, the Parent/Guardian confirms that all details provided are accurate and grant consent for their child to participate.

 
5. PRIZES AND PARTICIPATION
Participants will have the opportunity to win 2,500 worth of gift items and vouchers. 
All participants will receive a certificate of participation and will be involved in fun, interactive experiences throughout the event. 
The winner categories and their prizes shall be as follows:

  • Grand Winner (Junior Category) = Trophy and AED 2,500 worth of gifts
  • Grand Winner (Teen Category) = Trophy and AED 2,500 worth of gifts
  • People’s Choice (Junior Category) = Trophy and AED 500 worth of gifts
  • People’s Choice (Teen Category) = Trophy and AED 500 worth of gifts

 

6. JUDGING CRITERIA

Contestants will be judged according to the following criteria:

7. EVENT TIMELINE

8. AUDIENCE VOTING - PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD
Audience voting will take place via two separate Instagram posts—one for the Junior category and one for the Teen category. One winner per category will be selected based on the highest number of unique votes received.


To vote, users must comment with the contestant number assigned to their chosen participant. Only one vote per Instagram account will be counted. Duplicate or multiple votes from the same account will be disqualified.


To validate a vote, the voter must follow both @flayva and @events4change and like the voting post.
Failure to meet these conditions will result in vote disqualification.

 

9. CODE OF CONDUCT
All Participants and accompanying adults are expected to behave respectfully and follow Event instructions at all times. 
Any inappropriate, disruptive, or uncooperative behavior may result in the immediate disqualification of the Participant or removal from the venue.
 


10. LIABILITY
Flayva Food Hall will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or disappointment arising from participation in the Event. 
The Organizers are not liable for technical failures that may affect entries or communications.
 


11. FINAL DECISIONS
The Event Organizers, Flayva Food Hall & Events4Change reserve the right to cancel, amend the Event details, rules, or scheduling as necessary. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner. 
At all times, Parent/Guardian agrees that all decisions made by the panel of judges and the Event Organizers, Flayva Food Hall & Events4Change are final, binding and non-negotiable . and they shall not have any claim against such decisions taken by the Organizers in respect of the Event.
 


12. DATA PROTECTION & PUBLICITY
Personal data provided by Participants will be used solely for the Event's purpose, including finalist selection and communication. 
Data may be used in promotional materials related to the campaign but will not be shared with unrelated third parties. In addition, by participating, Participants agree that their data may be shared with Events for Change for their promotional and marketing purposes.

13. GENERAL TERMS
Organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, as deemed necessary.
Non-compliance with the terms may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes will be resolved through Dubai Courts.
