1. How do I book the party hall?

Simply choose your date and time on our website and submit an enquiry request. Our team will immediately contact you to confirm availability and next steps.
2. When is my booking confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed only after availability is approved and the Booking Fee is received. This fee is non-refundable and will be credited towards your total event package. You’ll get a confirmation message once the booking is confirmed.
3. How much advance payment is required?

A Booking Fee of AED 1,000/- is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be fully paid before or on the event day.
4. What is the cancellation policy?

Booking deposit of AED 1,000 is non-refundable. Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the event package fees through the vendor. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event are non-refundable. Please check our terms & conditions for full details.
5. Can I change or reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can reschedule based on availability. Price differences may apply if the new date falls on a weekend or peak period.
6. What kind of events can I host?

You can host birthdays, baby showers, engagements, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. Strictly, no political or religious gathering will be permitted.
7. How many guests can the hall accommodate?

Guest capacity depends on the event setup but with a maximum capacity of 45 pax for both rooms.
8. What are the available timings?

We offer flexible time slots from 11am until evening, of full-day bookings. Exact timings will be confirmed at booking.
9. Is decoration included?

Basic decoration may be included depending on your package. Custom or themed decorations can be arranged at an extra cost with our accredited Vendors.
10. Can I bring my own decorator?

No.
11. Do you provide catering?

Yes, catering options are available within the event packages. Please note that only food and beverages provided by Flayva Tenants are permitted for catering.
12. Is music or a sound system included?

A basic sound system (speaker) and TV screens will be provided for each room. DJs or additional equipment can be arranged but must follow the Mall’s noise regulations.
13. Who is responsible for the sound system, TV screens and furniture in the venue?

The assigned vendor will be responsible for the sound system, TV screens and furniture in the venue during the event.
14. Are there music or timing restrictions?

Yes. Loud music is not allowed, and events must end by the agreed time.
15. Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol is not permitted.
16. Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available within the Mall, subject to availability.
17. Is the venue family‑friendly?

Yes. Children are welcome, but parents or guardians are responsible for their supervision.
18. Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Let us know if you need special arrangements.
19. What if there is damage during the event?

Any damage to the venue or equipment / furniture will be charged to the customer.
